About Us
Getting a clear diagnosis can be life-changing - for a child who's struggling at school, an adolescent who feels different from their peers, or an adult who has spent years wondering why certain things have always felt harder than they should. ADHD and Autism assessments give you an accurate, evidence-based answer, along with practical guidance on what to do next.
We know the process itself can feel daunting, so we've structured it to be as straightforward as possible: an intake session to understand your history and concerns, one or more testing sessions using validated, age-appropriate tools, and a feedback session where we explain the results clearly and discuss practical next steps together.
Our Specialisations
Identifying attention, focus and impulsivity difficulties early, with practical strategies for home and school.
Understanding lifelong patterns of distraction, disorganisation or restlessness that may never have been formally diagnosed.
A thorough, child-friendly evaluation of social communication, behaviour and sensory patterns to guide early support.
Exploring social, emotional and behavioural patterns during the teenage years, with sensitivity to identity and peer dynamics.
A comprehensive evaluation for adults seeking clarity on lifelong traits, communication styles and sensory experiences.
Many women and girls mask or camouflage their traits, often leading to underdiagnosis or misdiagnosis. We take this presentation seriously.
Our Process
Three simple stages, so you always know what to expect and when
We start with a relaxed conversation to understand your (or your child's) history, concerns and goals for the assessment.
Standardised, validated assessment tools appropriate to age and presentation - completed over one or more sessions as needed.
We explain the results in plain language, answer your questions, and discuss what the diagnosis means going forward.
A written report with actionable recommendations for school, work, therapy or daily life - not just a diagnostic label.
Should you need it, we're here to help with follow-up therapy, school liaison, or referrals to other professionals.
Flexible Options
In many cases, yes - though it isn't quite as simple as saying every assessment can be done online, especially with children. Parts of an ADHD or Autism assessment can often be conducted remotely, and for some children the process can be completed largely online. Because seeing a child in person and observing their interaction and behaviour is sometimes an important part of getting a full picture, we usually start with an online consultation and then advise your family on the most appropriate approach from there.
For adults, screening assessments can often be completed remotely, and feedback sessions explaining your results can also be done online - giving you flexibility to fit the process around your work and life.
