Therapy That Grows With Your Child

Children don't always have the words for what they're feeling - it often shows up as behaviour, withdrawal, difficulty concentrating, or struggles at school instead. Our approach is warm, age-appropriate and practical, helping children build understanding and confidence while giving parents clear, useful guidance.

We currently work with children aged 7 years and older for individual therapy, using simple, creative techniques - like drawing and conversation-based approaches - rather than a formal toolkit. We're also excited to be developing dedicated play therapy at the practice, to extend our support to younger children in the future.
